Things we are passionate about

Mum, liz and abi are talking today about things we are passionate about.

Other men enjoy sport watching - not ours. Other women enjoy make-up and having nice clean houses - not me. Other girls enjoy flirting - not our girls. Most people seem to like being normal and fitting in - not us.

Here are some things that make our hearts go pitter patter.

suitcases, wooden boxes, wood stoves, tents, camping, RVs, food rhythms, hammocks, cooking at home, water parks, weird international toilets, creative expression, small pleasures, making a home in unusual places, travel, new experiences, weird food, living a life of abandon to follow God where we see Him leading us, mud fights, making new friends, experiencing new cultures, water fights, laughing, the art of joke telling, tipis, parties - Just plain ol living life instead of letting it pass us by.

We are not a very normal family. I guess some might say we need to grow up a bit. We are having a great time tho and living life our way.

We're off to do some baking now
