Good for you, Andrew. Sabbath means stop because God doesn't think we are not supposed to be slaves in Egypt - making more and more brick with less and less hay (Dt 5:15). I think you will be refreshed. I look forward to reading the refreshed TSK. I hope your example helps all of us to spend one more hour with someone meaningful in our lives and one less hour checking our stats. God help us all.
