I don't know if you ever met Pastor Gerald Marvel during your time here, but he passed away and his memorial service was held on what would have been his 72nd birthday, Dec. 14th. We're all certain this was his best birthday ever!

We did the Oplatek too! (My wife has Polish parents). If you want to be authentic, the wafer is dipped in Honey. In her family, each person blesses every other person with a piece of wafer and a personal blessing/wish.
