The Skinny on Biblical Diets? I would have to say the best one would be the "Whatever Diet", taken from Genesis 2. Adam could eat WHATEVER he wanted from any tree (except one). Adam didn't get weird about it, he didn't separate the trees further into fat and non-fat. Nor did he demand organic status. He just ate whatever.
I think moderation and contentment have more to do with successful dieting than choice of foods. But what do i know- I'm skinny.
